Suthra leverages multiple assessment tools to screen potential candidates for our customers.  We have partnered with FirstAdvantage SkillCheck to provide validated testing options. All new candidates take basic proficiency tests relating to their type of work as a part of the screening process. We also use targeted skill assessments for specific positions and can customize our assessment program per your requirements.  We can perform testing on every candidate or via requisition request only.
